DO YOU HAVE ANY EXTRA FEES SUCH AS MILEAGE

We have a set rate for all transportation but in some cases unanticipated items such as tolls, parking, wait time, etc may crop up but we do our best to limit these items.. Tips are not part of the fee and will never be rolled into your bill. We feel a tip is given by you for good service and that is your way of saying thanks for the great service.

ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?

Of course, we fully understand that traveling away can place a great amount of worry on a pets owner and much anxiety on the pet so we most definitely accept your pets.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

We suggest reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed service availability, with a 2-hour minimum notice. If you have an emergency and need immediate service, call us at  (603) 377-1237 and we will do our best to assist you.

CAN I SMOKE IN YOUR VEHICLES?

Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. No possession, sale, or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services. All money paid in advance will be forfeited, and the remaining balance will be charged.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A VEHICLE IS DAMAGED BY A GUEST?

Client and his/her guests are responsible for any damage to the interior of the vehicle. This includes but is not limited to: gum, wine and alcohol spillage, and vomiting. Clean up cost will be charged to the client's credit card.

DO YOU PROVIDE CHILD SAFETY SEATS?

We do not provide child car seats but are happy to store them for you during your trip. We do request that our guests install the car seat when getting into the vehicle.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE OR LEAVE SOMETHING IN THE VEHICLE?

Aisling Car Service assumes no liability for any lost or misplaced personal property or any other items left in any vehicle.
