We used Rich for our recent transportation to and from Logan. He arrived early to pick us up, even texting before he arrived to see if we wanted coffee. On the way home we landed at Logan in the first snowfall of the season. Rich’s communication was great, as I received a text from him the minute I turned my phone back on upon landing, stating where he would be located waiting for us. The roads were awful in the midst of the snowstorm, but he got us home safe & sound. Comfortable and clean vehicles, and we enjoyed our chats on the ride. Thanks, Rich! He is friendly, personable, timely, responsive, professional, and goes the extra mile to ensure that our trips are smooth and seamless. I recently used Aisling Car Service when traveling on Memorial Day Weekend. I would highly recommend them. I was leaving very early on Thursday morning and called them last minute on Wednesday evening and they were extremely accommodating. I had a 3 am pickup and they were prompt and very nice.
